How will my order be delivered?
All our tea orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class, which would be expected to arrive to you within 1-2 working days once processed.
When we deliver your tea,we use packaging specifically designed to fit through your letterbox, classed as a Large Letter. Our packaging will fit through over 90% of letterboxes.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our artisanal coffee, each product is roasted fresh to order. This means that while we will always dispatch your order as soon as possible, due to the nature of our service you may experience some minor delays if you order on a non-roasting day.
We value quality over quantity, and want to ensure that every order we deliver matches both our high standards and your expectations.
Do you ship internationally?
For the moment, our delivery is limited to within the United Kingdom only.

What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your product in any way, we will be happy to accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original bank account within 14 days.
How can I be sure my payment information is safe?
All our payments are processed by Stripe. They use state-of-the-art security to make sure your card details, as well as any payments made by you, are handled safely.
