How we make it:
- 1 teaspoon per mug
- Freshly boiled water
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
- With or without milk – it’s your call!

The “Orthodox” production method loosely mirrors the traditional handmade style of manufacture, making it something a bit special. While this tea is not as a full-bodied as an Assam, the beautiful brews more than make up for it with their sunny disposition!
Africa is relatively new to the tea growing world but has year round growth so is hugely popular with producers of mainstream teabag teas. However, in amongst the large scale producers there are some real gems of smallholder tea gardens where this tea comes from, high on the slopes of Mount Kenya.
