.How we make it:
- 1 teaspoon of tea per mug
- Freshly boiled water for a stronger, mintier cup or 80C for a softer flavour
- Brew for 3-5 minutes
- Always best without milk, add sugar to your taste
Traditionally brewed very strong and served with plenty of sugar in Morocco, however our blend is just a delicious brewed more lightly and letting the natural sweetness of mint be the highlight. Also a perfect candidiate for cold brewing in the summer. Our blend uses Chun Mee and zingy peppermint.
