Soy Sabroso has been specifically crafted to work alongside non-dairy milks, ensuring a perfect consistency and avoiding curdling.
We use a less acidic blend (usually found in African coffees) which decreases the possibility of curdling from soy milk. We also recommend waiting a minute or so before adding your milk to the coffee. This will ensure that your coffee is at an appropriate temperature to mix well with the milk being added.
Soy Sabroso comes from a blend of Sumatran, Brazilian and Indian Monsoon Malabar beans, crafted to perfection for low acidity.
* Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our artisanal coffee, each product is roasted fresh to order. This means that while we will always dispatch your order as soon as possible, due to the nature of our service you may experience some minor delays if you order on a non-roasting day.
